The Effigy of Anguish is a wooden figure portraying a grieving monk holding his head in his hands. Apparently it's origin is from Australia but that is not known for sure, Grumps gave it to Scruh when he noticed it sitting on a shelf in his garage, that is why it is a Goon Relic.
